Return Policy

At Grafthide, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that it may sometimes be necessary to return an item. Below you will find our return policy.

Return Period:

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we can unfortunately no longer accept your return.

Return Conditions:

The item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories and documentation.
The item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the shipment is not collected and is returned to us as undeliverable.

Return Process:

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@grafthide.com to inform us about your return. We will then send you further instructions for returning the item.

Return Costs:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is defective or does not match the description.

Please note that returns must be sent back to our supplier in China at your own expense.

Refund:

We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. You can expect the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your order.

Notes:

We are not responsible for delays or damage during the transport of returned items. We recommend that you check the return package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us if there are any issues.
