Q: How long does delivery take?

A: The total delivery time consists of a processing time and a transit time:

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business day.

  • Transit time: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 11 business days (Monday through Friday).

3. Returns & Exchanges

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you or a designated third party received the item.

Q: Who covers the cost of return shipping?

A: The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: What condition must the item be in for a return?

A: We only accept returns on items that are in new condition. This means the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
